The long-awaited 96th and Keystone interchange project in Carmel is nearing an end. Traffic on Keystone, both northbound and southbound, has been moved to the new lanes over 96th Street. The next phase will be to finish work on 96th Street under the new bridge, on the ramps and on the roundabouts. Full-traffic mobility should be restored by the end of the year.
