University picked up another big win on Friday, beating Traders Point Christian 81-25 in an away contest to improve to 6-0 for the season.
The Class 2A No. 8 Trailblazers had the game put away early, leading 36-2 after the first quarter. Sierra Hinds scored 10 points in that period. University then led 50-7 at halftime.
Lindsey Syrek scored 15 points for the ‘Blazers, followed by Hinds with 14. Maddi Sears added 12 points, scoring nine in the first quarter. Kelsey DuBois added 10 points. Ten different UHS players scored.
The Trailblazers return to the U Center on Tuesday to host Brebeuf Jesuit.
