The Hamilton Heights girls swim team won its season opener 96-87 Thursday at Lebanon.
The Huskies won seven of the 12 events. Junior Tara Holder was a two-time individual winner, taking the 200 and 500 freestyles. Teammate Cylie Starr was also a double winner in the 200 individual medley and the breaststroke. Holder and Starr were both members of the winning 400 free relay team, joining Ryleigh Poe and Carlie Flintoff. Sophomore Mady Hutcherson placed first in the 100 free and Alexa Williams won the diving event.
