Fishers voter credits Moeller for quick action

Dear Editor,

Thank you in advance for the privilege of writing to the residents of Fishers on behalf of a good friend and valued member of the Fishers community, Eric Moeller.

Recently, MetroNet received approval to add services in our neighborhood, Sedona Woods. As a part of this process, they used a large device throughout the neighborhood to install wires. When they got to our street (and ultimately our home) they brought their large piece of equipment on our property. The end result? A large crack in our driveway.

The issues and discussions of repair with MetroNet had been consuming our time for over a month with no end in sight. I knew we had to do something different, but never could have imagined what would come next.

Eric Moeller saw my tweet to MetroNet Corporate, reached out to me, and took actions in less than 12 hours. The next day, we had two engineers/inspectors from the City of Fishers (shout out to Carl and Chris, you have been awesome!) at our door to be our liaisons with MetroNet, and in less than five days had a solution and plan in place.

The following week, the repairs were complete all because of the actions of Eric Moeller. He could have kept scrolling and not think twice about that tweet, but he didn’t. That is not the person he is. He is caring, compassionate and dedicated to anything that he is involved in.

Eric Moeller has my vote in the North Central District – he should have yours, too!

Sincerely,

Amanda L. Suter
