Fishers road construction updates, week of Oct. 28

INDOT closures

There will be two lanes open on Interstate 69 southbound from 116th Street to the I-465 interchange from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27.

The ramp at northbound/southbound Allisonville Road to I-465 westbound is closed and will reopen at 6 a.m. Monday, Oct. 28. The ramps at eastbound/westbound 106th Street to I-69 southbound and 96th Street to I-69 southbound are closed 6 a.m. Monday, Oct. 28.

Cyntheanne Road

Beginning on or after Monday, Oct. 28, INDOT will close Cyntheanne Road over I-69 for 10 days for a bridge deck overlay.

116th Street

116th Street at Moore Street will close after rush hour on Friday, Nov. 1 and will reopen at 6 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 4.

Lantern Road

Lantern Road is closed to thru traffic, beginning south of 116th Street to Fishers Pointe Boulevard, as part of the Downtown Infrastructure Improvement Project to improve the sanitary sewer underneath Lantern Road. Access to Lantern Road remains open from the north (via 116th Street) for local residential, business, and Fishers Elementary School traffic. The closure for this portion of the project is expected to last approximately 90 days. Check out the project Fact Sheet to learn more.

The intersection of Lantern Road and Fishers Pointe Boulevard is expected to reopen by Monday, Oct. 28.

96th Street

Periodic lane restrictions are in effect as part of the road widening project. For more information, view the Fact Sheet.
