The Carmel volleyball team swept Warren Central in a Thursday Metropolitan Conference match at the Eric Clark Activity Center.
The Greyhounds won 25-7, 25-4, 25-14. Kelsie Twyner hit nine kills for Carmel, with Lexi Brehl and Ella Brooks both putting down seven kills. Brehl also collected five digs and Brooks had four.
Anne Lesure dished out 26 assists to go with four kills and three aces. Ella Bostic handed out 13 assists and picked up five digs. Maria Zweig had nine digs and three aces.
The ‘Hounds are 3-2 in MIC play and 16-8 overall. Carmel plays at North Central Tuesday in another conference match.
Fishers dropped a Hoosier Crossroads Conference match to Brownsburg 25-21, 25-23, 25-13 on Thursday.
The Tigers are 2-2 in HCC play and 10-8 overall. They will host Pendleton Heights on Monday.
Noblesville fell to Zionsville 25-16, 25-8, 25-16 in a Thursday HCC match.
The Millers are 0-4 in the conference and 6-10 overall. Noblesville will host Cathedral on Saturday.
