Carmel Oktoberfest

Popular Indy party band, “Polkaboy,” will perform at the annual Carmel Oktoberfest tonight at Carmel City Center. The event opens at 6 p.m., Polkaboy takes the stage at 7 p.m., and the celebration ends at 10 p.m. In its 11th year, Carmel Oktoberfest has become a traditional way to celebrate and welcome the fall season.
