Community First Bank hires Scott Hammersley as Senior VP

Robb Blume, President & CEO of Community First Bank of Indiana, is pleased to announce the hiring of Scott Hammersley as Senior Vice President & Commercial Loan Group Manager.

Hammersley

Scott is a 1991 graduate of Ball State University with a bachelor’s degree in finance. He has over 27 years of banking experience both in retail and commercial banking.

For over 27 years he has worked closely with business owners with the intent to add value financially through great integrity, hard work, and simply listening to their story.

“I have a tremendous passion for what I do that comes through in the relationships I have with my clients, both business and personal,” said Hammersley. “I want to have meaningful, in-depth conversations about your business/industry, your competitors, your long-term goals, your decision-making strategy, and whatever else might be top of mind. When this is accomplished, I can then assemble YOUR bank TEAM and match financial solutions to your needs.”

“On behalf of our entire team, I want to welcome Scott to Community First Bank of Indiana,” said Blume. “We are excited to have him join us and look forward to the great work he will do in the Hamilton County area. Scott’s experience as a commercial banker and his dedication to serving his customers and community make him a great addition to the Community First family.”

Scott is a member of the Ball State University Cardinal Varsity Club and Cardinal Football Alumni Association. He is also a part of the Pelatonia/One Goal-ride for Cancer research, the Marion County Commission on Youth (McCoy) and a former Ambassador for the Fishers Chamber of Commerce.
