Weihe Engineers, Inc., 10505 N. College Ave., Carmel, is civil / site development firm, has opened a new office location in Chesterfield, Mo., a part of the St. Louis Metropolitan Area, to fulfill the firm’s vision and long-term growth plan to expand business operations in the Midwest.
