The annual Hamilton County Farm Bureau/FFA event will be held at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 3 at Beck’s Hybrids, 6767 E. 276th St., Atlanta.
The event includes a tour of Beck’s research greenhouse/seed lab, presentation about Farm Bureau and the keynote message from Mrs. Beth Archer, Executive Director of AgriInstitute. The purpose is to show members of the three Hamilton County FFA chapters (Hamilton Heights, Hamilton Southeastern and Sheridan) the connection between agribusiness and Farm Bureau, as well as opportunities in agriculture regardless if the students pursue farming as a career.
Attendees are to meet in the conference center. Moreland Catering from Tipton will provide the meal for the event.
