The City of Carmel recently welcomed a group of students from Crimea and the Ukraine to City Hall, where they met Mayor Jim Brainard and spoke with Carmel’s Redevelopment Director Henry Mestetsky, who was born in the Ukraine and was able speak to the kids in their language. After the visit, representatives from Carmel escorted the students along the Monon Greenway to the Palladium for a tour.
