Thomas A. Browning, 71, Noblesville, passed away on Thursday, August 1, 2019 at Riverview Health in Noblesville. He was born on September 24, 1947 to Dennis and Norah (Sampson) Browning in Noblesville.
Tom was a life-long resident of Noblesville. He proudly served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. Tom worked for Hamilton County as head of maintenance at the 4-H Fairgrounds for many years. He was a member of the Cicero American Legion and a former member of the Noblesville VFW. Tom is described as a selfless person and a jack-of-all-trades. He enjoyed fishing and spending time outdoors. Tom enjoyed riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle and driving his Corvette. He always enjoyed supporting his grandchildren in their activities over the years and spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his son, Rex (Britany) Browning; daughter, Lucinda (David) Steadman; son, Dustin Browning; son, Thomas Browning; girlfriend, Janet Hadley; sisters, Vickie (John) Ammerman and Denise Horn; 13 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren, with one on the way.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Edward Browning; and sisters, Sally Gaul and Teresa Landrum.
Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan St., Noblesville, with Pastor Ron Meyer officiating. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville with Military Rites.
