Carmel police officers are searching for the suspect pictured. Video footage showed him after he completed a fraudulent charge with a stolen credit card at Target, 11750 Commercial Drive, Fishers.
The victim received a notice from her bank while visiting Founders Park in Carmel, and found that her card had been stolen from her car.
