The Noblesville Lions Club awarded scholarships to two local students on Wednesday.
(Left) Lion Gary Hipes awarded a check for $500 to Jasnor Aulakh for the Ivy Tech scholarship. Jasnor said he has a love for automobiles and working on engines. He will pursue Auto Tech training at Ivy Tech.
(Right) Hipes awarded a check for $1,000 to Sydney Cash for the Irving M. Heath Scholarship. Sydney graduated from Noblesville High School and was past President of the Lions Leo Club at the high school. She will attend Indiana University.
