Indiana American Water Company, a subsidiary of American Water Company, will join Noblesville Mayor John Ditslear, community leaders and project partners at a ceremonial groundbreaking at 1 p.m. today to officially kick off an $18 million project to construct a new water treatment plant and add additional capacity at its Allisonville Road wellfield site.
The event will be held at the construction site for the new treatment facility located at Indiana American Water treatment plant at 19841 Allisonville Road, Noblesville.
