Hamilton County Sheriff’s Deputy Skyler Moe was elected by his peers to serve as President of the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy’s Class 217. As class president, part of Moe’s duties was to deliver the commencement speech during Saturday’s graduation ceremony. Deputy Moe spoke of law enforcement officers as the modern day knights and drew comparisons between the knights’ code of conduct and how modern police should operate.
