A 39-year-old Indianapolis man identified as Anthony Pinner Jr. of Indianapolis drowned in Fishers’ Saxony Lake on Pennington Road Sunday afternoon.
The Fishers Fire Department reported the victim was using a paddle board when he fell off it just before 3:30 p.m. Sunday.
An onlooker attempted to rescue Pinner when she observed him struggling in the water, but was unsuccessful.
