Six Hamilton County agencies help catch two Indy burglars

On April 19, Brishon Bond, 45, Indianapolis, and David Gross, 45, Indianapolis, were arrested in Marion County for Burglary (Level 4 felonies). Bond and Gross were later transported to the Madison County Jail where their bond was set at $500,000 each.

This investigation began with numerous burglaries in Hamilton, Boone and Marion counties. Detectives from the Carmel Police Department, Zionsville Police Department, Westfield Police Department and Fishers Police Department tracked Bond and Gross on the night of the burglary to Madison County where the crime was committed.

Upon their return to Indianapolis, evidence was collected and search warrants were executed yielding additional evidence of criminal activity. Both suspects were taken into custody and ultimately transported to the Madison County Jail.

The arrests were the result of a several month ongoing investigation coordinated by detectives, prosecutors and other law enforcement personnel from the following agencies:
