This woman is believed to have stolen several credit cards from multiple victims and made fraudulent purchases at retail stores in Carmel.
The woman appears to be a black female, approximately 5’6” to 5’8”, 170 to 180 pounds with long black hair tied back in a ponytail. She is wearing a white shirt with a black coat, tight black capris-style pants, black tennis shoes, and is carrying a black purse.
