The public is invited to join members of the Noblesville Parks Department as they explore several popular destinations in Indiana and Chicago over the course of several exciting bus trips in 2019. Reserve your spot early and join the fun on the following excursions:
- Tuesday, June 4 – Shipshewana Flea Market. Put on your walking shoes and get ready to search for great bargains in the Midwest’s largest flea market. Cost is $50 per person. The bus will leave Forest Park Inn at 7:30 a.m. and will return at approximately 8 p.m.
- Saturday, July 27 – Tall Ships Chicago. Sail away to Navy Pier to take in the sights of Tall Ships 2019. Cost is $50. The bus will leave the City Hall parking lot at 8 a.m. and will return at approximately 10 p.m.
- Wednesday, Oct. 23 – Nashville, Ind. shopping and sightseeing. Come and enjoy the beautiful fall foliage and quaint little shops of Downtown Nashville as you shop the day away. Cost is $40. The bus will leave Forest Park Inn at 8:30 a.m. and will return at approximately 6 p.m.
- Saturday, Dec. 7 – Christmas Shopping in Chicago. Knock out a chunk of your holiday shopping and take in the magic of the “Windy City” at Christmastime. This trip always sells out, so beat the rush and register today. Cost is $50 per person. The bus will leave the City Hall parking lot at 7 a.m. and will return at approximately 10 p.m.
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Registrations are being accepted for all trips. Pre-registration is required and recommended no later than two weeks prior to the trip as long as seats are still available.
If the parks department does not have the required number of participants for a trip by the deadline, the trip will be canceled and fees will be refunded.
Bus trip fees include transportation to and from trip location only.
