Indianapolis man charged in Carmel road rage shooting

The Carmel Police Department has arrested an Indianapolis man as a result of Friday’s road rage incident that involved shots fired at a vehicle.

The incident occurred in the Village Pantry parking lot near 106th Street and Michigan Road at approximately 8:45 a.m. Friday.

Arrested was 56 year-old Dean Kelso of Indianapolis. Kelso was charged with two counts of Criminal Recklessness with a deadly weapon, two counts of Pointing a Firearm, one count of Intimidation, one count of Battery and one count of Disorderly Conduct.
