Jail expansion approaches completion

A $13 million jail expansion project is nearing the end of construction. Hamilton County Building & Grounds Supervisor Steve Wood told the Reporter that construction is scheduled to be completed in March of this year. The expansion will add 84 prefabricated steel cell that can house two to four people per cell.
