Charles “Chuck” McKee, 84, of Nashville, passed away on May 11, 2017 at Brown County Health and Living Community in Nashville, following a brief illness. He was born on June 14, 1932 in Oregon, IL to the late Clarence and Luella (Eby) McKee.
Chuck was a 1950 graduate of Polo High School, and proudly served in the US Navy. Following his service, he graduated from Northern Illinois University. For over 25 years he was owner and president of Noblesville Soft Water Service.
Survivors include his sons, Steven (Lu) McKee, Noblesville, Jeffrey McKee, Naples, FL, David McKee, Noblesville, Philip McKee, Noblesville; brother, Richard McKee, Etna, CA; sister Lillian Staff, Eau Claire, WI; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife Phyllis McKee, in 1995.
A memorial service and celebration of life is scheduled at the Brown County Inn in Nashville on May 23 at 6 p.m. Inurnment will be private at Greenlawn Cemetery, Nashville
