The Carmel Festival of Ice held this past weekend on Center Green featured carving demonstrations by professional ice carvers, a fast-paced carve-off competition, carving classes, an ice bar presented by Danny Boy Beer Works, a kids play area, skating, a live DJ and a firehouse chili cook-off presented by Citizens State Bank
