On Friday, Dec. 7, the Noblesville Lions Club performed eye tests for third- and fifth-grade students at White River Elementary School in Noblesville.

Lions Club members Gordon Resler, Steve Shaw, Dale Unger and Steve Morgan participated in the testing.

Children’s eye testing of pre-school and elementary schools is a major project of the Lions Club. This is done at no cost to the child. If a problem is found with a child’s vision, correction can usually be made, which will then enhance the child’s ability to learn.

In the next two weeks, the Noblesville Lions Club will do testing at Hinkle Creek, Noble Crossing and Promise Road elementary schools.
