An incredible performance from senior Zach Banks led Westfield to a big win at The Rock on Saturday.
The Shamrocks beat New Palestine 73-63. The Dragons held a 16-14 lead after the first quarter, but Westfield took over after that, going up 30-25 by halftime and 55-37 after three periods.
Banks scored 41 points, nailing 13 of 19 field goals and 15 of 18 free throws. Banks also had an outstanding defensive game as well, with seven rebounds and four steals.
Caleb Welch added 13 points and six rebounds, while Camden Simons collected five rebounds.
The Shamrocks are 2-2 and host Noblesville on Friday.
