County leaders speak to State about Noblesville West Middle School tragedy

This past week, Hamilton County leaders spoke for the first time about how first responders and emergency personnel handled the Noblesville West Middle School shooting. County Commissioner Mark Heirbrandt (right), Sheriff Mark Bowen (left), Hamilton County EMA Director Shane Booker and Executive Director of Communications Mike Snowden served as the keynote speakers at the Indiana Association of County Commissioners’ Conference in Indianapolis. They spoke to the critical training first responders underwent ahead of the shooting and how it helped produce the best possible outcome that day.
