Invest in the future by voting Yes for school referendum

Dear Neighbors,

Our children and families are the heart of our community. And if our people are the heart, then our schools are the backbone. It is essential that we invest in the education of our students by promoting safety, emotional wellness and staff retention.

As a graduate of the 2017-2018 Miller Ambassador class, I had the great privilege of having a front row seat to learn just how much goes on behind the scenes within our Noblesville schools. Our administrators, teachers and support staff are doing some amazing and innovative things. They are making every moment, every student and every dollar count. Noblesville Schools has adopted the mission “Engage. Inspire. Empower.”, and that is just what they are doing. Noblesville Schools needs the community to partner with them to continue this mission.

However, when we make this commitment to our schools, make no mistake, we are not just investing in our schools – we invest in so much more. We invest in our future workforce and leaders. We invest in our local businesses by promoting community growth. We invest in our neighbors and friends who are employed by the school system, which is the largest community employer in Noblesville. We invest in our residential and commercial property holdings as we draw others to live within our community and boost property values.

Our children and staff need to know that this community believes in them, believes in their safety, believes in their education, believes in their ability to thrive, and believes in their worth and value as learners and educators. Invest in our schools and invest in our community. Vote YES on Nov. 6, 2018.

Sincerely,

Patrick & Kami (Hines) Propst
