City officials and owners of Grindstone Charley’s recently broke ground on a new restaurant near the Monon Trail at 17470 Wheeler Road in Westfield. Grindstone Public House, Noblesville, owner Blake Fogelsong told the Reporter he expects the new restaurant in Westfield to be open in mid-2019.
