The Hamilton County Federation of Republican Women (HCFRW) will hold a dinner featuring influential Republican women in Hamilton County from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 27, at the Grandstands Sports Pub at Grand Park, 19000 Grand Park Blvd., Westfield.
The speakers will include some of Hamilton County’s most influential Republican women talking about what to expect when running for office, the challenges and rewards of being an office holder in Hamilton County, and what you can do to prepare yourself to running for office. This will be a good way to meet candidates and current elected officials.
The menu will be spaghetti with red or white sauce, garlic bread and salad. The dinner will be set up, served and cleaned up by many of the male Republican candidates and office holders.
HCFRW wishes to give special thanks to Birch Dalton for the meeting space and food.
This event is free to attend for members, and costs $10 for non-members. Men and women are both welcome to attend. Please RSVP by emailing hamcogopwomen@gmail.com.
Don’t forget to bring donations for the Right Now campaign.
Be sure to save the date for the soup and salad supper (formerly the ham and bean supper) from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 25 at the Sheridan Community Center, 300 E. 6th St., Sheridan.
