Come cheer on your favorite contestant or become one of them in this year’s Noblesville Idol and Junior Idol, hosted by the Noblesville High School (NHS) Choral Department and the NHS Choir Parent Organization.
This exciting contest will take place on Saturday, Sept. 29 in the NHS Auditorium. Junior Idol begins at 2 p.m. and Noblesville Idol begins at 7 p.m.
Noblesville Idol is open to anyone in ninth grade through age 99. Noblesville Junior Idol is open to anyone in eighth grade or younger. The entry fee is only $10. Junior Idol’s grand prize is $75 and Noblesville Idol’s grand prize is $200.
“Just like what you see on TV, the winners of both are decided by audience vote,” said Susie Beam, NHS Choir Parent Organization and Idol Chairperson. “Admission includes voting tickets.”
Admission per competition is $10 for adults and $5 for students. All day admission is $15 for adults and $8 for students. Admission includes special performances by the NHS Show Choirs.
