Jeff Bragg, local business professional, husband and father of three, announced this week that he will be on the ballot this coming November to fill one of two vacancies on the Noblesville Schools Board of Trustees.

Bragg, a former educator and safety director, is running on a platform focused on school safety, teacher retention and student mental health.
“As someone with almost 20 years of experience in Noblesville Schools as a teacher, principal, district safety director and director of operations, I am powerfully committed to serving our schools and what’s best for kids,” said Bragg.
“I believe my background in facility management, safety, educational practices and school budgets can be an important asset to the board. Additionally, my long-standing relationships with Noblesville Schools teachers, staff, administrators and school resource officers gives me a unique perspective and would help with my transition to this board leadership role.”
In addition to safety, teacher retention is another top priority for Bragg. “Noblesville Schools is a high-performing school district because of the outstanding teachers and employees who work tirelessly to serve the students of our district,” added Bragg. “We must address the current gaps in teacher compensation so we can retain our amazing staff and prepare to recruit highly qualified teachers in the future.”
Noblesville Schools Board of Trustees President Kevin Kalstad, who is not seeking re-election, has endorsed Bragg. “My wife Tammy and I are proudly endorsing Jeff Bragg’s run for Noblesville School Board this fall. Jeff brings incredible experience and passion to this board seat, and would be a huge asset for the community in this role.”
Bragg is the director of business development for Noblesville-based Blades Audio Video and is a 2016 graduate of the Hamilton County Leadership Academy. He holds a master’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University, an Education Specialist Degree from Indiana State University and has 15 years of advanced-level safety training with the Indiana School Safety Specialist Academy.
Bragg was influential in bringing A.L.I.C.E safety training to Noblesville Schools.
