The City of Westfield is seeking recognition for its downtown to be placed on the National Register of Historic Places.
A public meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 12 in the Conference Room in the basement of the Westfield Washington Public Library.
Speakers form the Indiana Department of Natural Resources and Indiana Landmarks will be present to discuss the nomination of downtown Westfield to the Register.
