According to event organizer Sue Baker, the Dine on the Causeway event hosted by Our Town Cicero Main Street Association will not be rescheduled due to weather. Organizers are taking steps to ensure everyone who has a reservation will still be able to enjoy this annual event, though this time it will be in tents set up at Red Bridge Park.
Attendees are asked to dress appropriately for the cooler weather and for the wet grass. Baker told The Reporter that live entertainment and dancing will be offered, but since dancing will be on the grass, please wear more comfortable shoes. Baker said if anyone wants to wear casual clothing, that will be fine. You can also come in a cocktail dress and sneakers if you want.
