The University cross country teams swept a three-team meet with Clinton Central and Tri-West on Tuesday.
The Trailblazers girls team scored 23 points to win and took the top three individual places. Junior Jada Swearingen finished first, junior Ella Eskenazi placed second and freshman Zoe Napier was third. Juniors Isabella Garino-Heisey and Robin Kawarth also scored.
University’s boys team won with 25 points, also sweeping the top three places. Junior Noah Laramore won his first meet of the year, then freshmen Lucca Conti and Thomas Price were second and third respectively. Another freshman, Tommy Kaplan, placed seventh. Senior Cole Reinholt was the final University scorer.
