Cicero ran to ‘Feed the Flock’

Sacred Heart of Jesus Food Pantry held a “Feed the Flock” 5K Fun Run and Fun Walk on Saturday, July 7 at the Hamilton North Public Library, 209 W. Brinton St., Cicero. According to race director Lisa Stokes-Bear, there were approximately 150 participants. Sacred Heart of Jesus Food Pantry is open to those in need in the Hamilton Heights and Sheridan school districts. The pantry is located at 410 Pearl St., Cicero. Hours are 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays. Currently the pantry is serving about 35 families each week with 800 to 1,000 pounds of food.
