A Saturday morning crash involving a Buick SUV and a bicycle resulted in the death of a Fishers man.

Robert Lackey, 61, died in the crash. No one else was hurt. The crash happened around 10 a.m. near Brooks School Road and Broadmoor Drive.
Fishers Police say it appears the bicyclist and the Buick were both traveling northbound on Brooks School Road. The driver of the Buick told officers she did not see the bicyclist in time to avoid the crash. Lackey was taken to Eskenazi Hospital in Indianapolis, but died from injuries suffered in the crash.
The driver of the SUV, identified as Deborah A. Sundstrom, 59, Indianapolis, is said to be cooperating with authorities.
Fishers Police say this is still an active investigation.
