The Hamilton County Commissioners and the Council on Alcohol and Other Drugs recently honored the 2018 Hamilton County Youth Service Award recipients. These students were recognized for being alcohol and drug free and for making significant positive contributions to their school and community.
The winner was Mary Brake Block, Noblesville High School. Other nominees were Grace Marchese, Carmel High School; Janae Osswald, Hamilton Heights High School; Celine Thormann, Westfield High School; Lauren McKinney, Sheridan High School; Faith Young, Fishers High School; and Valerie Obear, Hamilton Southeastern High School.
