From 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, May 16, Applebee’s restaurants located in Fishers, Carmel and Noblesville will host a “Dining to Donate” event to raise funds for Boone County Deputy Jacob Pickett, who was tragically killed in the line of duty while serving the Lebanon Police Department and citizens of Indiana on March 2.
Fifteen percent of each participating party’s bill will be donated directly to the family of Deputy Pickett, who is survived by his wife, two young sons and newly retired K-9 unit companion, Brik, who will continue to live with Deputy Pickett’s family.
