Peggy L. Stavropulos Scher, 90, Fishers, passed away on Monday, April 30, 2018 at Hamilton Trace of Fishers. She was born on November 1, 1927 to James Darl and Dorothy (Grant) Kirkpatrick in Kokomo. Peggy was a member of Fishers United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph F. Scher; children, Michael J. Stavropulos, Carmel; Joi L. (Brad) Jimison, Elkhart, Ind.; Mark J. (Kris) Scher, Mishawaka, Ind.; Amy R. (David) Reimschisel, Leo, Ind.; and Jill A. (Patrick) Mohan, Elkhart, Ind.; a sister, Barbara Smith, Winter Haven, Fla.; nine grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Nick Stavropulos.
Services will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at Fishers United Methodist Church, 9691 E. 116th St., Fishers, IN 46037 with visitation beginning at 2 p.m. prior to the service. Rev. Jared Kendall will officiate.
