My name is Jack E. Rosa. I am a retired Deputy U.S. Marshall (Inspector). I have over 30 years of police experience. I would like to endorse Mitch Russell for Sheriff. I worked with Mitch in the 70s, 80s and 90s. I cannot think of anybody more qualified to be your sheriff. Thank you for your consideration.
