Tucker Sr. Brian Wignall, a U.S. Army Master Sergeant, has been awarded the Bud Tucker Volunteer of the Year – Metro Award, the organization’s highest honor for volunteerism.

Dean is widely known for her exceptional leadership, dedication and unwavering commitment to the agents and staff at the Carmel office, as well as to the real estate industry as a whole. Her colleagues describe her as “the epitome of a great leader” and “the most conscientious person I have ever worked for.”

Dean started her real estate career with Tucker as an agent in 2004 and later rose to the leadership role in the Carmel office. Always striving to improve and broaden her and her team’s knowledge, Dean ensures they stay ahead of industry updates and embrace and share technology and best practices from MIBOR REALTOR Association and F.C. Tucker to enhance her and the team’s success.

Beyond her role as a REALTOR and manager, Dean is deeply involved in volunteer efforts with MIBOR and Indiana Association of REALTORS (IAR) serving on MIBOR’s Grievance Committee and MIBOR and IAR’s Forms Committees, demonstrating her passion for elevating the professionalism of the industry.

Wignall has more than 30 years of service in the U.S. Army Reserves, holding multiple roles, most recently as Master Religious Coordinator for the 310th Expeditionary Sustainment Command (Army Reserve) at Fort Benjamin Harrison. For the past three years, he has volunteered his time during the holiday season to accompany U.S. Army chaplains overseas, providing security, transportation, and mission support, while also delivering care packages and providing emotional support, encouragement and prayer for deployed U.S. soldiers in Iraq, Syria and Kuwait.

By making personal connections with the soldiers who are away from home during the holidays, Wignall ensures they feel seen, appreciated, and cared for during a challenging time away from their families.
