Eleven Hamilton County college students named to prestigious early career development program

Eleven recent and upcoming college graduates from Hamilton County have been named to Orr Fellowship’s newest cohort for 2025. They are among 74 talented college seniors who have been matched with leading Indiana-based partner companies to embark on a two-year Fellowship upon graduation.

Orr Fellowship is an early career development program for versatile high-achievers and future-focused businesses in Indiana. The program recruits, assesses and matches university graduates with high-agency roles in growing Indiana businesses.

The new Orr Fellows from Hamilton County as well as their respective universities and partner companies are:

Noblesville

This year’s Fellows, formally selected after Finalist Day interviews in Indianapolis and Evansville, will gain unparalleled career development, an expedited pathway into the Kelley Evening MBA program, formal leadership training and community building within Indiana’s thriving business ecosystem. The program’s growth ensures a pipeline of qualified talent that directly impacts Indiana’s economic and entrepreneurial landscape.

Fellows are selected for their strong leadership potential, academic achievements and commitment to community impact. Over two years, they gain hands-on experience with companies in diverse fields, from marketing to engineering, while participating in professional development opportunities, nonprofit consulting projects and leadership training.
