Effective on or after Monday, April 16, the signal controlled intersection of Lowes Way and the Lowes entrance will be converted to a stop controlled intersection as a part of the construction of the proposed roundabout intersection. The intersection will be stop controlled until the completion of the roundabout intersection. The roundabout is scheduled to be opened to traffic on Sept. 28. Access will be maintained to all businesses at this intersection. Expect delays in this area, and please use caution while driving through the construction zone.
