Suzie Loraine Hamrick, 50, passed away Saturday evening, April 7, 2018 at her home in Lebanon. Born May 8, 1967 in Beech Grove, Ind., she was the daughter of Richard L. Hamrick, Sr. and the late Joyce (Blackledge) Hamrick. She grew up in the Sheridan area and attended Sheridan High School.
Suzie was a huge NASCAR fan. She also enjoyed visiting the casinos from time to time. Due to her love of traveling, she was affectionately known as the gypsy of the family. Suzie was a very quiet and simple person who had a very deep love for her family. Her children and grandchildren were the center of her life.
Suzie is survived by her father, Richard L. Hamrick, Sr., Sheridan; step mother, Cindy (Hazelwood) Hamrick. Sheridan; three daughters, Racheal Myers (Wade), Topeka, Kan., Krysta Lynn Pace, Albuquerque, N.M., and Sarah Dawn Ramey, Albuquerque, N.M.; four grandchildren, Chase, Lilly, Maxwell and Kenny, Jr.; one brother, Richard L. Hamrick, Jr., Sheridan; step brother, Charles Hazelwood (Tina), Noblesville; and two sisters, Rebecca Lynn Adair (Davie), Sheridan and Sherry Lee Hamrick, Stubenville, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Linda Joyce Hamrick; and by her maternal and paternal grandparents.
