Trick or Read kids get books & candy

Photo provided by Westfield Washington Schools

Westfield Middle School recently held an event called Trick or Read for multilingual families. More than 200 parents and students attended to read books that multilingual learning students wrote and published this year. Partners from Heart and Soul Clinic, Westfield Washington Public Library, Indy Eleven Soccer Academy, and the district technology team were present to connect with parents and families. In total, more than 100 books and 30 pounds of candy were given away. Special thanks to the Westfield Education Foundation for the grant money to make the event possible.
