The Town of Cicero and the Cicero Police Department will host a retirement party and celebration of Police Chief David Hildebrand’s 39 years of service to the community from 1 to 4 p.m. on Friday, April 27 at Red Bridge Park Community Building, 697 W. Jackson St.
