Dear Editor:

The upcoming Noblesville School Board election presents a critical juncture for our community. While there are many qualified candidates, I believe the choice is clear: CLR – Christi Crosser, Stephanie Lambert and Bret Richardson – is the team to lead our schools into the future. It’s important to elect this group of three candidates together because they have a unified vision for our schools.

Experience, vision and dedication: a powerful combination

Christi Crosser, with her experience as current school board president and proven track record of accomplishments, brings invaluable leadership and a deep understanding of our district’s strengths and challenges. Her commitment to financial responsibility without compromising academic excellence is evident in achievements such as the district’s A rating, top rankings in STEM and music education, and consistent tax rate decreases.

Stephanie Lambert, with her background in education and her unwavering commitment to our students’ well-being, offers a crucial perspective. Her vision for innovation and excellence resonates strongly with the evolving educational landscape. She understands the need to adapt and prepare our students for success in a rapidly changing world.

Bret Richardson, a lifelong resident and passionate advocate for our schools, embodies the spirit of community involvement. His dedication to supporting teachers, fostering collaboration between parents and schools, and prioritizing education above all else is exactly what we need in a board member.

A shared vision for our children’s future

Together, Crosser, Lambert and Richardson present a unified vision:

  • Academic excellence: They are committed to maintaining Noblesville Schools’ tradition of academic excellence, ensuring our students have access to a well-rounded education that prepares them for college and careers.
  • Support for teachers and staff: They recognize that our teachers and staff are the backbone of our schools. They will advocate for competitive salaries, resources, and professional development opportunities.
  • Fiscal responsibility: They understand the importance of being good stewards of taxpayer dollars. They will continue to prioritize responsible spending, ensuring our schools remain financially sound.
  • Community engagement: They believe in open communication and collaboration. They will actively seek input from parents, teachers and community members to ensure that our schools serve the needs of all stakeholders.

The choice is clear: CLR for Noblesville Schools

The CLR team represents a powerful combination of experience, vision and dedication. Their shared commitment to our students, teachers, and community will ensure a bright future for Noblesville Schools.

I urge all voters to join me in supporting Christi Crosser, Stephanie Lambert, and Bret Richardson on Election Day.
