Every third-grade student at Hazel Dell Elementary School received a dictionary from the Noblesville Lions Club thanks to a suggestion from club member Clayton Fleming. Clayton has chaired the dictionary giveaway event since 2010 and was honored at a recent Noblesville Lions meeting.
