Chris has worked tirelessly to completely turn around the office of Trustee and the Jackson Township Fire Department. She has worked efficiently and effectively to improve public safety by expanding, improving training, response times and modernizing the Jackson Township Fire Department. She promotes and maintains a Food Rescue Program, working with the support of the Hamilton Heights School Corporation. Chris works closely with Angel’s Attic in Arcadia and has improved the Food Assistance Program in Jackson Township.

Chris brings excellent experience to this position upon successfully completing her second term in office at the end of this year. Chris has addressed many of the serious township issues she inherited upon taking office regarding fire protection and ambulance services with now having nine full-time fire fighters in the department, compared to three when she originally took office. She has built many great relationships in the township and in all areas of local, county and state government which were simply not there when she took office.

Chris exemplifies honesty, fairness, hard work and thoughtfulness for the citizens of Jackson Township along with her well-known commitment to accountability in government. We have found Chris to be totally trustworthy and incorruptible and a strong person of faith in God. With proud enthusiasm, we continue to support Chris Miller as Jackson Township Trustee.
